1. No Refund Policy for Offline Courses

All offline courses conducted at Centre of Excellence MPIT premises — including lab-based programs, certification courses, bootcamps, and workshops — are governed by a strict No Refund policy. This means:

• Once the registration process is completed and payment is received, the seat is confirmed and reserved exclusively for the student.
• No refund will be issued regardless of the reason — including personal reasons, change of mind, relocation, or inability to attend.
• Partial refunds are not applicable under any condition.
• The full course fee must be paid as per the fee schedule communicated at the time of admission.

2. Fee Payment Obligation

Upon successful registration, the student is obligated to pay the complete course fee as per the agreed payment schedule. The following conditions apply:

• Registration confirms the student's commitment to the program and the associated fee structure.
• Non-attendance or discontinuation of the course does not waive the obligation to pay the remaining fee.
• Failure to pay the complete fee may result in withholding of certificates, marksheets, or access to lab resources.

3. Course Cancellation by the Institute

In the rare event that Centre of Excellence MPIT cancels a course or batch due to unforeseen circumstances, the following will apply:

• Students will be offered an alternative batch or equivalent course.
• If no suitable alternative is available, a full refund of the amount paid will be processed within 15 working days.

4. Payment Gateway & Transaction Issues

In case of a failed transaction where the amount has been debited from your account but the registration has not been confirmed:

• The amount will be automatically reversed to your account within 5–7 working days by the payment gateway.
• If the reversal does not occur within 7 working days, please contact us with your transaction reference number.

5. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.
